"from The Slums Of Kampala To The Dreams Of A Heart Surgeon-hope Lives Here." Omirambe Lukuman, A Determined Boy From Paidha, Grew Up With A Single Mother And Three Siblings From Different Fathers. Life Was Tough-poverty Clung To Them Like A Shadow. Seeking A Better Life, They Moved To Acholi Quarters In Kampala, But Little Changed. Lukuman Began Primary School There, But School Fees Were A Constant Struggle. His Father Had Died Early, Leaving His Mother To Carry The Burden Alone. Later, They Shifted To Mbuya. Despite The Hardships, Lukuman's Brilliance Shone Through. In Primary Seven, He Sat For His Exams Without Registration Fees And Scored An Impressive 10 Aggregates. He Then Stayed Home For A Year Due To Lack Of Fees. With Help From His Mother And Sister, He Returned To School, Scoring 9 Aggregates In Senior Four. Now On A Half Bursary In A'level, He Dreams Of Becoming A Heart Surgeon. But Without Money For Seminars Or Resources, He Prays For Support To Reach University And Fulfill His Calling.
