Navigate to the project or contestant you want to vote for, then click on the contestant’s profile photo. A modal will appear with two options: Voteand Boost. Click Vote. If you don’t have an active session, you’ll be prompted to sign in using one of your social accounts before continuing.
Votes reflect instantly. If delayed, refresh the page. If still missing, contact support.
Yes. AfricaVotes is an online platform accessible globally, and you can vote from anywhere except in restricted countries
Normal voting is limited to one vote per day. After 24 hours, your daily voting session resets, allowing you to vote again.

🚀 Boosting
Boosting enables you to select the exact number of extra votes you want to allocate to your contestant. After payment is confirmed, those boost votes are added instantly to their total
Navigate to the project or contestant you want to Boostfor, then click on the contestant’s profile photo. A modal will appear with two options: Voteand Boost. Click Boost→ choose the number of boost votes you wish to allocate and currency → complete payment → once payment is successful the boosted votes are applied instantly and reflected in leaderboard updates
Boosting is enabled for the full duration of the project. It will only stop if the project organizers choose to disable it before the project ends
Yes. Boosting adds more votes at once, which increases rankings much faster than normal votes.
Yes. Boosting has no daily limit. You can boost your contestant multiple times in a single day and choose any number of boost votes each time.
Boost votes are final. Once payment is confirmed, the boost is applied instantly and cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred to another contestant. Always double-check the contestant before completing your boost.

Payments may fail due to insufficient balance, network issues, or restrictions from your bank or operator.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and handled by certified payment processors.
🎟️ Event Tickets
Open the public event page, review the available ticket types, select the one you want, enter your email, choose your currency, and complete payment. AfricaVotes uses the purchase email to send ticket confirmations and help you recover the order later if needed.
Once payment is confirmed, your ticket details are prepared immediately and a confirmation email is sent to the email you used during checkout. Keep that email safe because it is also the fastest way to find your order again later.
Yes, if the event checkout is open and your payment method is supported for the selected currency. AfricaVotes event pages are public online pages, so supporters can buy from other countries as long as the organizer has kept the event on sale.
First, check the spam or promotions folder of the same email you used during checkout. If it is still missing, contact AfricaVotes support or the event organizer with your payment proof and the email used at checkout so the order can be traced quickly.
📺 Live Streaming
Open the public live stream page, choose the stream package that fits the event, enter your email, choose your currency, and finish payment on that same page. AfricaVotes then uses that email to unlock or restore access for you.
Live access lets you watch while the event is happening. Replay access lets you watch the stream again after the live session has ended. Some streams offer live only, some offer live plus replay, and some unlock replay packages later depending on the organizer’s setup.
Use the same email you used when paying. On the live page, Restore Accesschecks for an earlier paid purchase, while Claim Access By Emailsends a reclaim link to that email so you can move access to the device you want to watch from.
The stream page can be live before the broadcaster goes on air. If the event is still scheduled, or the organizer has not started sending the live feed yet, the page will stay in a waiting state until the stream actually starts or the replay becomes available.

Loyalty Bonuses are free reward votes given to active users who vote or boost consistently on Africavotes.
You earn loyalty bonuses by voting regularly, boosting frequently, and maintaining activity throughout a project.
Yes. Loyalty votes must be used within the project time. Unused bonuses expire at project end.
No. Premium votes come from subscriptions, while loyalty bonuses are free rewards based on activity.
No. Loyalty bonuses can only be used by you and can only be applied to a contestant you choose.
🏷️ Promo & Discounts
Promotions offer extra bonus votes when you boost, such as 40% extra votes or 100% doubling during special events.
Each promo has a specific time window. Some run for hours (e.g., Black Friday 10am–1pm), and others run for days depending on the project.
Yes. If a promo is active, the extra votes are added automatically and displayed in your confirmation screen.
Yes! Loyalty bonuses and promo boosts work together and both increase your contestant’s total votes.
You will see a promo banner on the contestant page showing the percentage bonus and countdown timer until promo ends.
🏆 How to Win
Consistency is one of the strongest winning strategies. Encourage your supporters to vote for you daily. Daily votes accumulate over time and can make a huge difference in long-running projects.
Boosts play a major role in climbing the leaderboard. Your supporters can choose any number of boost votesto help you gain a large push at once. Boosting is active until the project ends unless turned off by the organizers.
Share your contestant link on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and community groups. The more people who see your profile, the more potential votes and boosts you gain.
Successful contestants often have a small committed group of friends or family who vote daily, boost when needed, and help promote your profile. A strong support circle gives you a big advantage.
Premium Voters receive 6 votes every 24 hours(5 bonus + 1 regular). Encouraging supporters to activate Premium can significantly increase your daily vote strength.
Share your voting link during peak times when many people are online (evenings, weekends, and after events). Higher visibility brings more engagement and support.
Show appreciation, post updates, engage your audience, and keep them excited about your journey. Active contestants attract more loyalty and more votes.
Keep an eye on your position. If another contestant overtakes you, encourage your supporters to vote or boost immediately to regain your lead.
