These Premium Terms of Use (this "Agreement") govern the conditions under which premium services of AfricaVotes.com (this "Website") are provided. If you disagree with this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use premium services.

Pricing: Current upgrade fees display during purchase. All transactions require full prepayment.

SUBSCRIPTION CUTOFF POLICY

Enrollment Window: New premium upgrades are prohibited during the 14-day period preceding voting deadlines. Users must upgrade sufficiently in advance to maximize benefits.

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

Non-refundable: All premium purchases constitute final transactions without recourse to refunds.

AfricaVotes reserves the right to immediately suspend premium services in jurisdictions where platform access is restricted. Such suspensions occur without refund consideration, consistent with our non-refundability policy.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Users bear full liability for account activities. Unauthorized voting patterns or system manipulation will result in permanent premium privilege revocation.

MODIFICATION TERMS

We retain exclusive rights to modify these terms without notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on our platform.
