PREMIUM TERMS OF USE

These Premium Terms of Use (this "Agreement") describe the terms and conditions under which premium services of the africavotes.com website (this "Website") are provided. If you do not agree with this Agreement, Privacy Policy, then you are not authorized to use premium.
AfricaVotes may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time without notification to its users. Accordingly, we encourage our users to regularly check this Agreement for changes.

Welcome to our Premium Voting Program. By upgrading to a Premium Voter, you gain access to additional voting privileges as outlined in these terms. Please read these terms carefully before upgrading.

PREMIUM VOTING BENEFITS

Extra Votes: As a Premium Voter, you are entitled to 5 extra votes daily, in addition to your standard vote, making a total of 6 votes per day.

Duration: Your premium benefits activate the day following your upgrade and remain valid for 30 consecutive days.

Voting Schedule: Your premium voting privileges commence from 00:00 (midnight) the day after your upgrade, allowing you to use the extra votes within each subsequent 24-hour period, from midnight to 23:59 each day.

UPGRADE POLICY

Eligibility: The upgrade to Premium Voter status is open to all users with valid email addresses.

Process: To upgrade, follow the instructions on our platform. Upon successful completion, you will receive an email confirmation.

Cost: The cost of the upgrade will be disclosed at the time of purchase and is subject to change. All payments are to be made upfront.

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

Non-refundable: All purchases of Premium Voter status are final and non-refundable.

Non-transferable: Premium Voter status is non-transferable and is tied to the individual account that made the purchase.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Confirmation: Your Premium Voter status will be activated upon the receipt of an email confirmation from us.

Start of Benefits: Your 30-day period for the extra votes commences from 00:00 (midnight) the day after your email confirmation, not from the time of purchase.

USAGE

Fair Use: Premium votes must be used in a manner consistent with fair and ethical voting practices.

No Rollover: Unused votes do not roll over to the next day; each day’s allocation of votes must be used within that day.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any misuse of the voting privilege may result in suspension or termination of your Premium Voter status.

MODIFICATION TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform.
