These Premium Terms of Use (this "Agreement") govern the conditions under which premium services of AfricaVotes.com (this "Website") are provided. If you disagree with this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use premium services.

AfricaVotes reserves the right to update these Terms periodically without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly review this Agreement for updates.

The Premium Voting Program enhances user participation by increasing the number of votes a voter can cast when they return and vote on eligible projects. By choosing a Premium package, you agree to these binding terms governing Premium voting privileges.

Premium is package-based. Each package sets the number of votes available when the Premium voter comes back and votes during an eligible voting cycle.

• Voting Power:The selected package determines how many votes can be added when the Premium voter returns and votes on an eligible day.
• No Automatic Voting:Premium does not cast unattended or automatic votes. The voter must come back and vote for the package votes to apply.
• Service Duration:Benefits activate immediately after payment confirmation and remain active for 30 consecutive days from activation.
• Voting Cycle:Daily vote allocations refresh each voting cycle. Unused daily Premium votes expire at the end of that cycle and do not carry forward.

• Eligibility:Available to users with a valid AfricaVotes voting session and verified payment details where required.
• Activation Process:Complete the package purchase through platform prompts. Once payment is confirmed, the selected Premium package becomes active immediately.
• Package Upgrade:A voter may upgrade from a lower Premium package to a higher Premium package on the same project.
• Difference Payment:When upgrading upward, the system may charge only the payable difference between the current package and the higher package shown at checkout.
• Same Package Restriction:A voter cannot buy the same active Premium package again for the same project.
• Downgrade Restriction:Moving from a higher package to a lower package is not treated as a Premium upgrade and may be blocked.
• Pricing:The Starter package uses the project Premium base price. Higher packages may be calculated from that base price with package value or reduction applied as shown during checkout.

• Enrollment Window:Premium purchases or upgrades may be restricted close to project deadlines, during reviews, or where Premium voting is unavailable for the selected project. Users should upgrade early enough to use the package benefits.

• Non-refundable:Premium purchases and Premium upgrades are final once processed, except where a refund is required by law, payment provider rules, or a verified platform error.
• Account-Specific:Benefits are linked to the purchasing voting identity, email, project, and payment session as applied by the platform and cannot be reassigned, resold, or transferred.

• Verification:Service activation requires successful payment confirmation and may be followed by an email confirmation from our systems.
• Benefit Initiation:The 30-day service period begins immediately after payment confirmation, regardless of purchase time.
• Package Confirmation:Confirmation messages may include the selected package, package votes, project, reference, and payment details.

• Ethical Compliance:All votes must be cast in accordance with platform integrity standards.
• User Action Required:Premium votes apply only when the eligible Premium voter actively votes. Premium does not guarantee daily usage unless the voter returns and votes.
• Expiration Protocol:Daily Premium allocations expire at the end of the voting cycle without carry-forward provisions.

AfricaVotes reserves the right to immediately suspend premium services in jurisdictions where platform access is restricted. Such suspensions occur without refund consideration, consistent with our non-refundability policy.

Users bear full liability for account activities. Unauthorized voting patterns or system manipulation will result in permanent premium privilege revocation.

We retain exclusive rights to modify these terms without notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on our platform.
