These Boosting Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions governing boosting services on AfricaVotes.com. If you disagree with this Agreement or Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use boosting services.

AfricaVotes may revise these Terms periodically without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review this Agreement for updates.

• The Boosting Service allows users to purchase supplemental votes to enhance their impact on AfricaVotes campaigns. These votes may be allocated to a specific contestant of the user's choice.
• Users may select their desired vote quantity, preferred payment currency, and complete transactions via supported payment methods.
• Upon successful payment confirmation, Boosted Votes are applied to the designated contestant, with leaderboard updates and transaction records generated by the platform.

• Availability:Boosting is available on eligible projects where the organizer and platform settings allow it.
• Session Requirements:Users may need a valid voting session, email, phone number, or payment identity before completing a boost.
• Compliance:Users must follow platform policies. Policy violations may result in service suspension or account restriction.

• Mobile Money:Available in supported regions and currencies, subject to payment provider coverage.
• Card Payments:Supported card options may be available depending on region, currency, and project configuration.
• Other Gateways:Additional payment methods may appear at checkout where configured by AfricaVotes.

• Non-refundable:All Boosted Vote purchases are final once processed, except where a refund is required by law, payment provider rules, or a verified platform error.
• Non-transferable:Votes are assigned to the selected contestant and cannot be reallocated or exchanged after confirmation.

• Credit Timing:Votes are applied after payment confirmation and platform processing.
• Vote Tracking:Users may monitor vote impact through updated campaign statistics and leaderboards.
• Delayed Processing:If votes remain unapplied 10 to 30 minutes after a successful transaction, contact support with your payment reference.

• Fair Use:All voting activities must maintain platform integrity through transparent and ethical practices.
• Account Responsibility:Users are responsible for activity tied to their session, email, phone, device, and payment identity.
• Unlimited Boosting:Users may execute multiple boost transactions daily, subject to payment processing, project rules, and anti-abuse controls.
