If a request is sent from an unverified address or concerns data tied to fraud review, chargeback review, organizer finance, or legal obligations, AfricaVotes may request further verification or may limit deletion until the relevant obligation is resolved.
AfricaVotes uses standard technical tools to keep sessions working, improve performance, detect abuse, and remember essential user state across pages and devices.
