Growing Up In A Farming Community, I Witnessed Post-harvest Losses That Deepened Poverty Despite Hard Work. This Inspired Me To Create Aval Agroecology Ltd, Using Solar Drying To Preserve Fruits, Extend Shelf Life, Reduce Carbon Emissions, And Create Sustainable Livelihoods. Our Initiatives Have Trained Over 100 Farmers, Launched Solar-dried Fruit Snacks In Supermarkets, And Partnered With Organizations Like Anzisha Prize And Jangu International. Winning This Award Would Validate Our Work, Inspire Girls To Embrace Innovation, And Scale Sustainable Farming Practices. Even If Another Nominee Wins, The Collective Efforts Of Young Women Driving Environmental Change Remain A Shared Victory, Emphasizing Collaboration And Community Impact.
