Advocacy: Youth Mental Health and Support for Vulnerable Young People is an alarming issue in Kenya, with nearly 20% of Kenyan youth experiencing mental health disorders. Through mental health awareness, mentorship, and community outreach, I aim to create safe spaces, connect vulnerable youth to support systems, and empower them to become confident leaders, problem solvers, and changemakers.
I am working towards establishing a Youth Empowerment and Wellness Centre that will provide mental health support, mentorship, life skills training, career guidance, and vocational development opportunities to help vulnerable young people build resilience, independence, and a sense of purpose.
