GUIDLINES FOR REGISTRATION

Applicants must:

1. Be at least 4 years old and not older than 15 years.
2. Be a Zambian citizen.
3. Pay an application fee of USD40 equivalent to your local currency, after filling in the form above.
4. Must have a valid passport
