To be eligible to apply for Mr or Miss Leo District 411B, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

1.Must be a registered and active Leo member in District 411B at the time of application.

2.Must be in good standing with their Leo Club and the district, with no disciplinary issues.

3.Must be available to attend and participate fully in the Leo District Convention scheduled for 13th to 15th February.

4.Must be willing and able to serve as a Leo Ambassador if selected, including participating in district activities during the reign.

5.Must submit a complete application by the registration deadline 1st January, including:

Fully filled registration form

Required photo for online voting and publicity

Proof of payment of UGX 40,000

6.Must adhere to the pageant rules and code of conduct, including dressing guidelines, rehearsal schedules, and judging procedures.

7.Must demonstrate qualities of leadership, confidence, responsibility, and commitment to service, in line with the pageant theme Leading Today, Impacting Tomorrow.
